3. Client Obligations

* Respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within three business days
* Make payments in accordance with the terms stated in the service agreement
Delays caused by failure to respond or provide necessary inputs may affect project timelines or result in additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
* All designs, strategies, code, content, and materials created by Aesthetic Edge remain our intellectual property
* You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use final deliverables solely for your business purposes
* You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials provided by us without written permission
Any stock images, third-party software, or templates used remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licensing terms.
5. Payment Terms
* Payment terms and amounts will be defined in your service agreement
* Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified
* Late payments may incur a late fee of one point five percent per month or the maximum allowed by law
* We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties, except:
* As required by law
* With your written consent
* As needed to perform services, including subcontractors or partners who are bound by confidentiality obligations
You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information we provide.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
* Specific performance or rankings
* That services will be error-free or uninterrupted
* That third-party platforms or tools will maintain functionality or policies
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Edge Design LLC and its team shall not be liable for any:
* Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
* Loss of revenue, profit, business opportunity, data, or goodwill
* Damages arising from third-party platforms or services
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as outlined in the agreement. Upon termination:

* We may retain copies of completed work for our records or portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Florida. Each party is responsible for its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
